Hiccup ensures the highest level of cleanliness for our cups by washing them through a patented dishwasher that can clean 1,500 cups per cycle while using just 30 gallons of water. After washing, each cup is dipped in disinfectant and hot water, then thoroughly dried, ready to be reused for the next race.
Q2. How do I book Hiccup for my upcoming race event?
To book Hiccup for your race, simply visit the "Contact Us" page on our website. We'll send you a race date reservation form and get you on the books for our cup service to help make your event more eco-friendly and efficient.
Q3. What are the minimum cup order requirements for Hiccup’s services?
Hiccup requires a minimum order of 1,000 cups for races within the states of our hubs (Tampa, Florida; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Willits, California). For races outside of these areas, the minimum order is 5,000 cups.
