Q1: Where is Kaans Designs located?
Kaans Designs is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our team ships Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm from our local warehouse. We observe all national holidays and take weekends off to spend time with our families. Q2: What are your shipping policies?
All items are shipped via USPS within 5-7 business days, depending on weight, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Overnight shipping is available, and items will ship out the next business day. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. You will receive tracking information via email, which may take up to 24 hours to update. For any concerns regarding lost, damaged, or stolen packages, we recommend contacting USPS directly. We also offer Route Shipping insurance for added protection.
Q3: What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns for store credit only. Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and original condition, and postmarked within 7 days of delivery. After we receive the return, a store credit will be issued, minus shipping charges. For exchanges, send the item to our return address with a note specifying your desired exchange. Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, so please double-check your order before finalizing it.
