Once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button at TripleLite, we are unable to make any changes to your order. If you need to modify or cancel it, please contact us immediately, and we'll assist you before processing.
Q2. How long does it take for my TripleLite order to ship?
It typically takes 5-10 business days to process and ship your order from TripleLite. Orders placed before 1 pm (PST) are processed the same day, while orders placed after 1 pm (PST) will be processed the next business day. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Q3. Do you offer free shipping at TripleLite?
Yes, TripleLite offers free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more! Simply place your order with a minimum of $100.00, and you’ll enjoy free delivery within the Continental USA.
